Jacqueline has 20 years of management
experience with nearly 10 of those years concentrating on human resources management (HRM) and HRM consulting. Her
professional experience includes providing operations and HRM support to a variety of industries and employers large
and small, including law enforcement, manufacturing, specialty construction, solid waste management, retail,
non-profit, and health care. A
solutions oriented HR professional who enjoys interacting with all levels of management and employees, Jacqueline's focus
is helping increase productivity and reduce risk through proactive approaches to personnel problems. Jacqueline
holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University, Charlotte, NC and a Master's in Business Administration
from Keller Graduate School of Management, Pomona, CA. She is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is
a Certified Internal Workplace Investigator. Jacqueline is a member of the Society of Human
Resource Management (SHRM), a member of Central Florida Human Resources Association (CFHRA), and is a certified
Mentor with SCORE Citrus County.
